Metering.
Managed-tier metering is per-transaction on top of the rail's native fee. The OSS rail fees (Stripe's interchange, x402's Base L2 gas, bank wire fees) pass through. The managed-tier fee is listed explicitly on every monthly invoice, per-scope and per-rail.
No opaque "compute credits." No multi-tier enterprise pricing that resolves to contact sales for a line-item. The number next to each transaction on the invoice is the number the managed plane charges.
